Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we provide same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM in your local area. For out-of-town deliveries, please contact us directly to check availability.


What is the delivery fee?

Delivery fees vary based on location and order size. The exact fee will be calculated during checkout. Basically delivery fees in Battle Ground are $9.95 and all other service areas are $14.95 with the exception of the far northern part of Amboy north of Chelatchie which fees vary due to the travel time/mileage.


Can I schedule a delivery in advance?

Absolutely! You can select your preferred delivery date during checkout. We'll ensure your flowers arrive on time. Some exceptions may occur such as conflicting delivery times but we will make the best attempt to accommodate your special requests.


What should I do if I’m not satisfied with my flowers?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with your order, call us at 360-723-5365 or EMAIL US  within 24 hours for a replacement or refund based on the situation.


Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Changes can be made before your order is processed. Please contact us as soon as possible to accommodate any modifications. However, if the order is loaded on our delivery van we may not be able to make changes.


Can I choose specific flowers for my bouquet?

Certainly! We offer custom bouquets where you can select your preferred flowers. Our florists are also available to recommend arrangements based on your occasion. We prefer as much lead time as you can provide so that we may source your special request based on availability through our suppliers. In any case we will keep you updated as to any issues with availability or quality.


How do I place an order?

Are your flowers imported?

We source our flowers from both local growers and international suppliers to ensure a wide selection of fresh, high-quality blooms.


What is your refund policy?

If you're not satisfied with your flowers, we offer a full refund or replacement within 24 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy Terms and Conditions for more details.


Can I leave special delivery instructions?

Yes, you can provide special delivery instructions during checkout, such as preferred delivery times or specific directions.


How do you ensure the quality of the flowers?

We source our flowers from reputable suppliers and handle them with care to maintain freshness. Our florists design each arrangement to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. We will not use product we would not give to our loved ones, your arrangement should not be any different.  


Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes, we offer flower subscription services for regular deliveries. Contact us to set up a plan that suits your needs.


Can I purchase flowers for a funeral or sympathy occasion?

Yes, we offer sympathy and funeral flower arrangements such as wreaths, casket sprays, and standing sprays. Contact us for personalized suggestions.


Can I add a personalized note with my flowers?

Yes, you can include a personalized message with your floral arrangement. Just let us know the message you'd like to add when placing your order.


Can I send flowers to a hospital?

Yes, we deliver flowers to hospitals. Simply provide the recipient's full name, room number, and hospital details during checkout for smooth delivery. Please keep in mind, our local hospitals maintain high security and we only delivery as far as the information booth.  On rare occasion there may be a situation where the patient is discharged before the hospital information desk is updated which could result in a missed delivery.  If that occurs we will contact you for an alternative address such as the home or other family member. 


Do you deliver flowers to local funeral homes?

Yes, we deliver to funeral homes in our delivery area. Simply provide the funeral home's name, address, and service details for timely delivery. We like to arrive 1 hour prior to the service so detailed contact information for the church, venue or funeral home is important so we may make arrangements to ensure your delivery is made on time.


Are there any specific restrictions for sending flowers to a hospital?

Some hospitals have policies regarding the types of flowers allowed (such as no strong scents or certain flowers). We suggest confirming with the hospital and informing us of any restrictions when placing your order.


What nearby cities do you deliver flowers to?

We deliver flowers to various nearby cities, including Amboy, Battle Ground, Brush Prairie, Felida, Hockinson, La Center, Minnehaha, Ridgefield, Salmon Creek, Vancouver, Yacolt. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to contact us for confirmation.


Do you charge extra for deliveries to nearby cities?

Delivery fees for nearby cities may vary depending on the distance. In general Battle Ground deliveries ar $9.95 and all other areas we service are $14.95. We always strive to keep it affordable and even with current price increases in fuel, insurance, labor and maintenance we have opted to keep our delivery fees the same as when we opened in 2008. We feel your dollar spent should go into the actual arrangement so we work harder on delivery efficiency to cut down on those related costs. This means your delivery may not go out until all the arrangements for that area are ready to go but we will make our best attempt to get your order to the recipient as quickly as possible. If you order for a specific delivery date please be assured your order will be delivered that day. If there is some reason we cannot get to your recipient's address for any reason we will notify you immediately.
