Welcome to Main Street Floral Company. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. We are a locally owned, independent florist located in Battle Ground, WA, dedicated to delivering the highest quality floral designs.
1. Fulfillment & Delivery Policy
Local Delivery Only
We hand-deliver fresh flowers to Battle Ground, Vancouver, Ridgefield, La Center, Yacolt, Amboy and surrounding Clark County areas. We do not ship flowers via UPS/FedEx, nor do we wire orders to other florists. Every arrangement is designed and delivered by our own team.
Delivery Times
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Noon) are typically available for same-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next available business day.
- Timed Deliveries: We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times (e.g., "exactly at 2:00 PM") due to route logistics.
- Funerals & Events: We prioritize funeral service deliveries. Please provide the service time in the "Special Instructions" box at checkout so we can ensure delivery arrives at least one hour prior.
If No One is Home
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our driver will use their best judgment to ensure the flowers are safe. We may:
- Leave the arrangement on a covered porch or in a safe, weather-protected spot.
- Leave the flowers with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient’s door.
- If no safe place is available (e.g., severe weather, gated entry), we will bring the flowers back to the shop and contact the recipient to arrange a re-delivery. Note: Additional delivery fees may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
2. Substitution Policy (Freshness First)
Flowers are a natural product, and specific varieties are subject to seasonal availability and market conditions.
- The "Look & Feel" Promise: If a specific flower shown in a photo is unavailable, our designers will substitute it with a bloom of equal or greater value. We will always maintain the style, theme, and color palette of the arrangement you selected.
- Containers: Vases and containers may be substituted with similar styles of equal value if the exact vessel is out of stock.
3. Freshness Guarantee & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept "returns." However, your satisfaction is our priority.
- 24-Hour Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with the quality or freshness of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Resolution: We will happily replace the arrangement or offer a store credit. Please snap a quick photo of the issue and email it to us so we can make it right.
4. Cancellations
- Standard Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
- Same-Day Orders: Orders that are already designed or en route for delivery cannot be cancelled.
