Substitution Policy

Freshness and Substitution Policy | At Main Street Floral Company, we are committed to delivering exceptional floral arrangements using the freshest, highest-quality blooms available. Due to the seasonality of flowers and our priority commitment to sourcing locally within the Pacific Northwest, our inventory is dynamic. By placing an order, you entrust our skilled designers to create a stunning arrangement while adhering to the following substitution guidelines: Policy on Substitutions | In the event that a specific flower variety, color, or container pictured online is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with an item of equal or greater value while rigorously maintaining the design's overall aesthetic, style, and color harmony. Flower Variety | Substituted with a similar bloom in shape, size, quality, and color. Example: Pink garden roses may substitute for pink peonies. Color Palette | The primary color scheme will be preserved, using the closest possible hue to maintain the overall look. Container/Vase | Replaced with a similar container of equal or greater value that complements the floral design. Our designers prioritize Design Integrity and use professional judgment to ensure the final arrangement is beautiful, balanced, and true to the original vision. Customer Contact | We will contact you via phone or email only if a significant substitution is required that would drastically alter the specific theme or overall feel of your arrangement (e.g., changing the primary flower type or color of a specified arrangement like a dozen red roses). Please ensure accurate contact information at checkout. Policy Rationale: This policy ensures we can: Guarantee Freshness: Deliver longer-lasting and more vibrant arrangements. Support Local Sourcing: Reflect the unique, seasonal beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Ensure Timely Delivery: Avoid delays in fulfilling your order.
